LiveWire challenged us to promote their electrical motorcycle, demonstrate the industry lead in performance, efficiency, and power. To build brand awareness and create a community of passionate electric motorcycle riders. The “Light Years Ahead” campaign plays on the idea of retro-futurism, taking something like a motorcycle which has been around for a long time and spinning it on its head like the electric aspect achieves for LiveWire bikes. Using Swiss poster design and NASA inspired motifs, I built a toolkit of shapes, colors and phrases which would resonate with the early adopters, thrill seekers and passionate bikers who are ready for the future, now.
