Thõt Nõt, a town in Southwest Vietnam, is struggling with the effects of post-industrialism. Local craftmanship, heritage, and the rich cultural lifestyle are rapidly replaced by the high demands of industrial forces. Education and transportation are continuously neglected by immediate but long-lasting technological network systems. The objective of this project is to stitch and re-enrich the field conditions toward a more resilient community and environment.

Existing infrastructures and ecological systems are conserved while adapting to the dynamism of program interrelationships. The project accommodates the flexibility of interchanging and operating rural and outskirt networks. Thõt Nõt stands at the boundary between the rural and urban zones, presenting an opportunity to be developed into a unique countryside typology.
